inoage to Introduce Madrix LUNA 4 and Madrix LUNA 16 at Prolight + Sound 2014

Madrix Luna range

inoage expands the range of hardware products with Madrix LUNA 4 and Madrix LUNA 16. One year ago at Prolight + Sound 2013, Madrix LUNA 8 with its output of up to eight DMX universes over USB or Art-Net had already been introduced very successfully. The new products will be presented at Prolight + Sound 2014 for the first time. Running March 12 - 15 in Frankfurt, inoage will exhibit at Prolight + Sound 2014 in Hall 11.0 on booth A12.

Products of the Madrix LUNA range are mainly units that work in the background of an LED installation. But they are still an important and essential part of the overall setup. The number of LEDs used in a project is constantly increasing and so are the technical requirements. That includes the rapidly growing amounts of data and their distribution.

Madrix LUNA products are easy-to-use Art-Net devices to take on the functionality of reliable data distribution in such increasingly complex data networks. They receive and send DMX512 data over network and put out four-, eight-, or 16-DMX universes per unit over five-pin XLR ports (2,048, 4,096, or 8,192 DMX channels). An additional XLR port is available to receive DMX-IN data. Every Madrix LUNA can be used as a USB 2.0 DMX512 unit as well.

Depending on the individual requirements, the product range of Madrix LUNA 4, Madrix LUNA 8, and Madrix LUNA 16 can be used very flexible during the planning and realization stages of a project. Thereby, several devices can also simply be used in combination and at the same time. In both cases -- when used alone or in multiples -- the exclusive sync mode is available in combination with the Madrix software. Any small or large project benefits as the feature makes sure that lighting effects look their best on the LEDs.

The new Madrix LUNA 4 is an equally reliable choice that primarily allows to optimize the length of DMX lines. It also retains the 1,9'' form factor and all other advantages. The new Madrix LUNA 16 is mainly built for very large installations and allows the user to control up to 16 DMX universes per unit. When it comes to large projects, the Madrix LUNA 16 reduces the costs per DMX universe, as well as the required number of devices.

Madrix LUNA is made in Germany and is expected to be available in April 2014.
