The Texas Structures Stage Cart is a modular cart system designed to make lighting setups easier and faster for touring productions. Built for environments where schedules are tight, the Stage Cart allows crews to pre-build lighting floor packages or pre-rigged arrays and move them directly from truck to stage with minimal effort. Its all-aluminum, all-black design keeps it lightweight, clean-looking, and easy to incorporate into any show. Texas Structures is a division of MEGA-LITE.

Each cart includes a slotted channel system that lets users place nuts, fittings, and accessories anywhere they need. With a standard 24" width, sized for a 96" truck pack and multiple length options -- 10', 8', 6', and 5' -- the carts help crews stay organized and save space during transport. The stackable design uses conical pins to keep carts stable when stacked, and the vertical bars give teams the option to build multi-level looks or fly pre-wired lighting systems using the built-in rigging pick.

With its recent debut at Lollapalooza 2025, the Stage Cart showed how effectively it can adapt to the fast-paced demands of music festival environments. As well, its modular accessories, crossbars, and plates make it simple to update a rig, store fixtures, or reconfigure your design on the road.
