Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Awards Announced

The Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle announces the winners of the 48th annual awards for distinguished achievement in theatre. Several shows were represented in the design categories. Alexander Dodge took home the set design award for A Gentlemen's Guide to Love and Murder; Brad Peterson and David Gallo received the CGI/video design award for Empire the Musical; the lighting design award went to Rui Rita and Jake DeGroot for Fly; the award for Costume Design went to Kate Bergh for Casa Valentina and A. Jeffrey Schoenberg for Cloud 9; Eric Snodgrass received the sound design award for The Boy From Oz; and finally, Jared A. Sayeg was award the 2016 Kinetic Lighting Award for outstanding achievement in theatrical design.
