Technical Director Killed in Fall in South Carolina

David Gibson Swain, a technical director at the North Charleston Center for the Performing Arts in North Charleston, South Carolina, died in a fall on January 29, the local newspaper The Post and Courier has reported.

Swain died from head injuries after a fall of 30- 40' from a hydraulic lift. The death is being investigated by OSHA.
