Flex Rental Solutions Launches Flex Awards

Flex Rental Solutions announces the successful launch of The Flex Awards, a new recognition program honoring some of the unsung heroes of live event production. Designed to spotlight the behind-the-scenes professionals who help make live shows possible, The Flex Awards debuted in tandem with the Parnelli Awards season, complementing and celebrating the same spirit of excellence that defines this industry's highest honors.

"Our goal with the Flex Awards is to contribute something meaningful to a community that inspires us every day," says Chris Stein, CEO, Flex Rental Solutions. "We deeply respect what the Parnelli Awards stand for, and our goal is to honor another side of that same excellence: the warehouse teams, schedulers, operations leads, and sales pros who keep our industry moving and the shows running."

The Flex Awards were created to recognize the often-unseen operational professionals who are essential to live event success: the people who organize gear, manage logistics, balance schedules, and turn organized chaos into extraordinary results.

The categories:

1. Warehouse Wizard of the Year - For mastery of the prep / return process.

2. Sales Superhero of the Year - The pro who turns conversations into quotes into done deals.

3. Operations Overlord of the Year - The person who keeps chaos at bay and shows running smooth.

4. Scheduling Star of the Year - Someone who always has the team's back, no matter what.

During the nomination process, Flex received more than 100 entries across the categories. "The enthusiasm for the Flex Awards has been inspiring," says Stein. "There's a need to celebrate more of our industry's unsung heroes and we look forward to growing this program."

Finalists were chosen using a number of criteria, including the content of the original nomination, their questionnaire responses, and support from their colleagues.
