Lift Turn Move (LTM) Adds Alex Cowan as Entertainment Sales Manager

Alex Cohen and John Jones, Lift Turn Move

Earlier this week at the ABTT exhibition, Lift Turn Move Ltd (LTM) introduced their new entertainment sales manager, Alex Cowan to all of their entertainment customers.

Cowan has worked in the industry for 15 plus years, he previously worked for City Theatrical as European sales manager and James Thomas among others. He brings his considerable knowledge in this specialist area to LTM as well as a new outlook and plenty of enthusiasm.

Cowan said: "Having known John Jones and David King for a long time I was aware of the respect that they and LTM have in the industry, l didn't have to think twice when the opportunity arose to come and work with LTM. The first day everybody made me feel so welcome, and immediately made to feel part of the team. I am excited to work for a company where their customers are treated so well."

"It is a pleasure offering the range of hoist's that LTM has to offer including the new LoadGuard Mini hoist; weighing only 12kgs, with a lifting capacity of 250kg on one fall of chain. After exhibiting the hoist at the Palm show in Dubai and seeing how well it was received, it was great to show everyone attending ABTT the full range of our hoists including the LoadGuard Mini hoist."

Cowan will be the face to face contact for key accounts, offering technical advice and helping to create solutions and build projects. The company says it has every confidence that Cowan will continue to help LTM improve and grown with this new role.

Managing Director, John Jones said "We're pleased to have Alex on board, with his help we will be able to focus on customer service, it's a really busy time of the year for LTM, with a lot of customers looking to upgrade their equipment. Alex previous experience of the industry is a benefit to both us and our customers."

LTM showed their range of lifting and rigging equipment including the LoadGuard Electric Chain Hoist, available as standard fixed speed rigging hoists to BGV D8, or which meet higher safety standards like BS7906: Part 1- Category A, BGV D8 Plus or BGV C1.

LoadGuard hoists are available with additional features, including variable speed, load sensing, and positioning capabilities. All of the hoist features can be seen on the website below.

LTM launched their LoadGuard Mini hoist last year at ABTT, and they have had a great deal of interest and business since the launch. This hoist is light weight, weighing only 12kgs, with a lifting capacity of 250kg on one fall of chain. It also meets or exceeds most specification requirements, with options like double brakes and multiple limit switches.

Wall Mounted Guardian Controllers, plus the G-Pro range of touring controllers, and the ELG Hand Chain Block range were also on display at the show.
