TiMax SoundHub to Show iPad and TiMax Tracker at Infocomm2011

TiMax, (Booth 910 at InfoComm) will preview iPad and iPhone apps developed to control the TiMax2 SoundHub mix matrix, playback server, and audio show control system. Simple factory-default setups are user-configurable, and also a custom programming service provides custom GUIs specifically tailored to individual systems integration projects.

Also featured is the TiMax2 SoundHub S-Version sound effects and audio show control software aimed at event and attraction sound designers, AV installations, museums, corporate, retail, sports, and house-of-worship environments. Advanced features include timeline-based cue programming, clip editing, looping, and volume-profiling plus waveform-based pan-programming and show control playlists. Triggers include GPIO, XML (Crestron, AMX, Medialon), MIDI, day/date/time, internal sequencing. TiMax2 SoundHub will be demonstrated with the market-leading TiMax Tracker performer-tracking system used to track actors, presenters, singers and other performers to control vocal localization, effects playback, lighting and media servers.

TiMax2 SoundHub is a scalable multichannel mix matrix comprising audio routing, zoning, mixing, and EQ processing from 16 up to 64 channels in/out with up to 64-tracks of random access audio playback in a single 2U chassis.

Special features include live cross-fading presets, delay-matrixing to allow precise 3D audio localization for exhibits, signage, presenters, delegates or performers; auto-config plug 'n' play control networking between multiple touch-panel devices or PC and Mac clients; balanced analogue or AES I/O, plus compatibility with industry-standard audio networking such as CobraNet, Dante, MADI and EtherSound.
