Bandit Lites Makes Four New HiresBandit Lites has made four new hires in technical services, IT, and facilities maintenance: Julio Villarreal as QC coordinator, Sam Khamees as electronics technician, Nick Ehrhart as IT support technician, and Mason Whiffen as facilities maintenance technician. Villarreal brings hands-on experience with technical systems, lighting equipment, and operational troubleshooting. "Working for Bandit Lites has been a wonderful experience as well as a huge blessing," he says. "I love being a part of the team because the work ethic here is incredible...Being QC coordinator, I am proud that my work helps reflect the high standard that Bandit Lites holds for itself, and that the hard work I put in day in and day out contributes to every show we power." Khamees has a bachelor of science degree in computer engineering techniques from Dijlah University and advanced skills in diagnostics, schematics interpretation, and electronic repair. "I adore this place and find it a terrific place to work," he says. He will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing Bandit's high-tech lighting systems. Technical services department manager Sophie Phillips says, "Sam joined the team with an exceptional spirit and hit the ground running, offering his support across multiple departments during his first few weeks!" She adds, "Sam has quickly become an integral part of the TSD team...His upbeat attitude and ability to boost morale during our busy season have elevated the team's dynamic." Ehrhart has an MBA, a bachelor's in computing, and a passion for problem-solving. "This first month has been a rollercoaster as I get up to speed with the various machines, software, networking infrastructure, and people here at Bandit Lites," he says. "One highlight was working with the facilities team to run cable and set up controls for the big fans in the warehouse, learning RJ45 terminations and connection testing along the way." IT manager Roth Edward says, "Nick is a head-down, get-it-done guy. He is highly educated and eager to learn more every day. I look forward to watching him in action as he grows with us here at Bandit." Whiffen is certified in residential HVAC-R, NATE Heat Pump, ICE Heat Pump, and Universal EPA. "Since joining Bandit, I've enjoyed being part of a team that thrives on bringing live entertainment to life," he says. "Working behind the scenes to keep our facilities running smoothly means I'm helping support every show we power." Facilities manager Quinton Christian adds, "Mason has quickly proven to be a valuable addition to our team, demonstrating a consistently positive attitude, great work ethic, and a willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done." Edward echoed, "Mason is a tenacious go-getter. He brings a lot of energy and knowledge to the team, and I am excited I get to work with him every day."
