Entertainment Technology Partners Acquires Premier Event Technology

Rick Smith, general manager, Premier; Rick Perry, CFO, ETP; Keith Oliver, CEO, Premier; Les Goldberg, CEO, ETP and LMG; Jodi Oliver, accounting manager, Premier; and David John, COO, LMG.

Entertainment Technology Partners (ETP) announces its acquisition of Premier Event Technology, a Detroit, Michigan-based company with 20 years of live event industry experience. Premier will join LMG (which was purchased by ETP last month) as ETP's second platform company.

ETP is the parent to a growing collection of exceptional companies in the live event, broadcast, and entertainment technology services industry. The ETP family consists of high-quality brands with a differentiator of service, each targeting distinct markets.

Premier specializes in the full-service support of mid-sized events by providing a broad scope of offerings, from audiovisual solutions to scenic design. Premier will operate as an independent brand while benefiting from ETP's scale, reach, and shared best practices.

"By joining ETP, we're able to leverage the strengths of both Premier and LMG to better service our current and future opportunities," states Keith Oliver, CEO of Premier. "We can focus on what we do best- delivering great events and building a great company."

ETP remains focused on adding companies that share a commitment to delivering the highest quality of professional service. The partnerships within ETP are positioned to create scope and capacity for each company to better service their current and future opportunities for greater overall advancement.

"ETP is about combining the best in the industry, and Premier is absolutely committed to their clients and to delivering an excellent show." says Les Goldberg, CEO of LMG and Entertainment Technology Partners. "We are excited to have them as part of the ETP family."
