Renkus-Heinz Announces Three New Engineering HiresRenkus-Heinz announces the addition of three new team members in its engineering department. Hai Le joins the team as embedded software engineer, Robert Newman takes on the role of loudspeaker engineering technician, and Peng Yin joins as senior software engineer. "As world leaders in professional loudspeaker technology, it's important for Renkus-Heinz to keep investing in core research and development teams," explains Ralph Heinz, chief technology officer at Renkus-Heinz. "We love finding talented individuals who are passionate about what we do here, so we can keep delivering on our commitment to innovation and technological excellence." Le brings over twenty years of experience working on embedded software development. Since completing a master's degree in computer science at California State University, Fullerton, he has been involved in building successful products for a range of industries, including computer storage, networking, medical devices, flight software and traffic detection. In his new role, he is looking forward to applying his skills to the world of loudspeaker audio. "I have worked on video products in the past, but they did not include audio," explains Le. "I am very excited to have the opportunity to learn about sound, whilst contributing to the exceptional performance of Renkus-Heinz loudspeakers." Newman is transferring from a technical head role at an audio engineering. He boasts 15 years' experience in professional audio, with a focus on transducer design, manufacturing and testing. His background is in hands-on craftsmanship, engineering theory, and technical management. "It's a great feeling to step into a role where I can combine everything I've learned over the years," explains Newman. "As Renkus-Heinz continues to strengthen its leading position in the industry, it's wonderful to have the opportunity to contribute to such an incredible and innovative team." Since completing two master's degrees at the University of California, Irvine -- in software engineering and civil engineering -- Yin has held various software engineering roles since 2016, with his knowledge of programming languages and experience in testing software. "Joining Renkus-Heinz is more than a career move -- it's a chance to blend my passion for software engineering with the art of sound. I'm excited to contribute to groundbreaking audio technologies that shape how music and live experiences are heard around the world," says Yin. "With my background in real-time systems, signal processing, and .NET development, I look forward to building tools that push the boundaries of acoustic innovation and bring sonic excellence to life." Le, Newman, and Yin will be working closely with engineering manager Chad DeFranco and the wider engineering team to support Renkus-Heinz's goals. "I am excited to welcome our new hires as strategic additions to the Renkus-Heinz team, further reinforcing our commitment to innovation and future growth," says DeFranco. "In a post-COVID landscape, we are building a more diversified and highly skilled team that will lead us into the future. Together with our existing engineering team, our new recruits will be instrumental in enhancing our RHAON software and loudspeaker platforms, giving us a firm footing to achieve our roadmap of technological innovations."
