Show Imaging Makes Large Investment in Absen's Latest Rental and Staging Polaris LED Series Absen Inc., a provider of LED display solutions, announced today that Show Imaging, a full-service live event management and production company located in southern California, has made a significate investment of more than 1,000 Polaris 2.5Pro LED tiles. This purchase also includes 50 90-degree corner blocks for added creativity in set design capabilities. Show Imaging's partnership with Absen Inc. began in 2013 with their first major LED video acquisition of Absen's A6T and A3Pro. "With Absen's LED solutions, we have been able to push the boundaries of pixel manipulation, creating fully immersive experiences," said Steven Q. Evans, president for Show Imaging. "With the highly efficient Polaris LED panel and its integrated curving system, we will be able to exceed the desires and creative inspirations that our clients and partners expect of the Show Imaging creative design team." Officially launched to the North America market at InfoComm in June, the Polaris Series is comprised of a wide range of high performing solutions for today's indoor and outdoor events. The Polaris 2.5Pro LED solution features:
* 18-Bit processing for improved color and black level fidelity
* "One technician" rental frame for fast, easy setup and tear down
* Adjustable curability from -7.5 degree to 10 degree Overall, the series brings rental and stagers better speed, agility, and flexibility by improving ease of assembly and dismantle, creative curvability and increased contrast. For indoor solutions, the series offers a pixel configuration range of 2.5mm, 2.9mm, and 3.9mm including a 500mm x 500mm and a 500mm x 1000mm XL tile size. For outdoor solutions, the line also offers a pixel pitch ranging from 3.9mm pixel pitch to 6.9mm.
