ADJ's Quad Phase HP Fills Rooms with a Wide Array of Colors

ADJ's Quad Phase HP

Everyone has heard of a "blue moon" and "silvery moon", but no moon has ever been as colorful as the high output Quad Phase HP Moonflower from ADJ. Powered by a 32W four-in-one quad color RGBW LED source, this new high-tech moonflower produces 15 dazzlingly bright preset colors.

The intense array of colors combined with the sharpened-steel-like beams produced by the Quad Phase HP help create a nightclub level of lighting excitement at weddings, parties, or any event, without requiring a big club budget.

Aside from being bright and sharp, the Quad Phase HP is breathtakingly fast, thanks to its advanced 1.8-degree long-life stepper motor, which produces smooth directed movements. The fixture's 65-degree beam angle lends an added dimension to its sweeping rapid patterns.

"We're excited to be offering the Quad Phase HP, because it breaks new ground and fills a much needed role in the market," said Alfred Gonzales, national sales manager of ADJ. "The club culture has become so prevalent and so familiar to so many people today that even at a small wedding or event, clients are expecting to experience a club-like atmosphere on the dance floor. This is exactly what the Quad Phase HP delivers; and all at a very reasonable price."

Sporting a sleek new case design, the Quad Phase HP looks as crisp and sharp as the lighting effect it produces. In keeping with its advanced design, the Quad Phase HP also offers all the DMX-512 capabilities for programming or linking. The unit features four DMX channels (color, rotation, strobe, dimmer); sound active, master/slave, and DMX-512 operation modes; and exciting built-in programs. The four-button DMX display panel on the rear of the unit is an appreciated convenience when programming. (The Quad Phase HP may also be controlled with ADJ's easy-to-use UC3 mini controller, which is sold separately.)

The fixture's quad color LEDs (red, green, blue, and white) have a 30,000 hour rated life. Other features of the Quad Phase HP include a three-pin XLR cable for linking fixtures, a strobe and pulse LED effect, 0-100% electronic dimming, IEC AC in/out on rear to daisy chain power (up to five units at 120V and nine units at 230V), and a safety hook on the rear panel.

The Quad Phase HP has a power draw of 64W max. It measures (LxWxH): 12.5"L x 8"W x 11"H (312 x 198 x 279mm) and weighs in at 9lb (4kg).
