AC-ET Highlights New Innovations at PLASA 2012

SMG's P-5 LED wash light

A.C. Entertainment Technologies (AC-ET) Ltd., a one-stop provider of new and used professional equipment to the entertainment industry, showcases a selection of lighting, audio, rigging, and video solutions available from its vast range of premium brands in stand E10, Hall 1 at PLASA 2012. Teams from all of AC-ET's specialist product divisions will be at PLASA, running September 9-12, in London's Earls Court, to discuss the stockholding of over 200 leading brands available from AC-ET's High Wycombe and Leeds offices for worldwide dispatch to over 80 countries.

The Lighting division of A.C. Entertainment Technologies (AC-ET) will showcase the new SGM P-5 LED wash light, X-5 white and X-C5 RGB LED strobes, and Six-Pack RGBA LED blinder -- high brightness, energy efficient solutions; the award-winning Spotlight Green Line range of high-efficiency LED performance and architectural lighting sources; the latest PixelRange series, including the PixelPar, Qpar, and SmartLine LED fixtures; film and TV lighting solutions including Manfrotto / Avenger lighting support, Mole Richardson daylight/tungesten, and Chroma-Q and Gekko LED; a selection of leading consoles, including the new Jands Vista L5 and complete range of Vista models running the v2 software, the High End Systems Road Hog Full Boar, and the Zero 88 Orb; and the latest moving lights from top brands High End, Martin Professional, Robe, Clay Paky, and Vari-Lite. The stand will also showcase AC-ET's popular consumables and in-house cable / filter manufacturing services, which are available 24/7.

The A.C. Audio division of A.C. Entertainment Technologies (AC-ET) will showcase their portfolio of leading professional digital mixing console brands, including the new Yamaha CL series, which is redefining how digital consoles should sound, plus the Soundcraft Vi1 -- a favorite digital desk on the touring, broadcast, and installed sound scene. With the UK "digital switchover" reaching its deadline in December, A.C. Audio will be on hand to discuss their range of affordable to high-end, channel-38 compliant wireless mic and IEM solutions from leading brands including Shure and Sennheiser. The division will also be on hand to discuss over 30 of the industry's leading pro audio brands they provide trade distribution to resellers, installers, and rental companies for, including Soundcraft, JBL, NEXO, RCF, Sennheiser, Shure, Yamaha, AKG, and Traction Sound.

The A.C. Rigging division of AC-ET will be showcasing the latest Columbus McKinnon Entertainment Lodestar D8 series and BGV-C1 chain hoist models, alongside innovative motor control solutions from Kinesys and Out Board. Staff will also be on hand to discuss the division's dedicated in-house rigging test and servicing facility for CM chain hoists and a huge range of other leading brands. Also featured is the VMB Towerlift range of high quality, quick-setup telescopic, front-loading, and line array lifting systems. Trussing systems showcased include the new Litec RL105A high load, rectangular section aluminium truss, and high load 105 roof structure system, plus the Prolyte H40R compact, high load truss, and LiteDeck stage decking system. The division will also be showing the latest portable wireless and full scale load monitoring system innovations from BroadWeigh and Kinesys, as well as a wide range of PPE and working at height equipment and rigging hardware.

The A.C. Video division of A.C. Entertainment Technologies (AC-ET) will showcase products from their UK-exclusive and other leading brands. These include the latest digital Hippotizer media servers from Green Hippo, ranging from entry level to full HD systems including the cost-effective Green Hippo GrassHopper, all models use the V3 software. Also featured is the LedGo range of modular video panel solutions, including the EQ HR high performance yet cost effective panels, the EQ Stripline range of medium resolution, and Outdoor WP line for high brightness, waterproof, and demanding applications. The stand will also demonstrate the Christie Nitro YK50, a small, dual-arm yoke that supports either the Christie LX700 or Christie LHD700 projector, offering a 7000 ANSI lumens LCD option for moving video projection. A selection of models from the extensive TV One range of video processing and distribution solutions will also be showcased.
