Audelco Winners Announced

The 48th Annual Vivian Robinson AUDELCO Awards, which honor achievement in New York's Black theatre, occurred virtually on November 30.

Winners in the design categories included sound designer David Wright and set designers Isabel Curley-Clay & Moriah Curley-Clay, all for the play Reparations at Brooklyn's Billie Holiday Theatre; costumer designer Toni-Leslie James, for For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide/When the Rainbow is Enuf at the Public Theater; and lighting designer Alan C. Edwards for The Englanders at Manhattan Theatre Club.

Reparations and For Colored Girls....took the awards for best play and best revival, respectively.
