Concert Stuff Group Incorporates, Brings Several Companies Under One Umbrella

Concert Stuff Group announces its formal incorporation, marking a pivotal step in the evolution of the organization. The arrangement officially unifies multiple specialized businesses serving the live event industry. These include Special Event Services (SES), SES Integration, Special Event Transportation (SET), G2 Structures, G2 Mobile Structures, Guardian Barrier Services, Fabrineering, Musical Coaches, and Field Protection Agency (FPA).

Recognizing the growth and collaborative potential of these entities, the CSG leadership has discerned the benefits of formalizing a central umbrella company.

Concert Stuff Group is designed to provide a simplified and efficient client experience. Offering transportation solutions for both gear and touring personnel; field protection and temporary flooring; ground support stage structures and mobile staging; audio, lighting, and video production; rigging, crowd control barriers, ancillary decking, and structures; custom fabrication, and beyond.

Led by Parnelli Lifetime Achievement Award recipient Jim Brammer, CSG boasts a team whose skills and experience span multiple decades and disciplines.

The board of directors is comprised of the principals and founders of the various businesses: Jim Brammer, CEO; Michael Brammer, chief strategy officer; Tom Moriarty; Greg Hareld; and JB Dolphin.

Each business unit will continue to operate autonomously.

The technology unit will be comprised of Special Events Services and Special Event Services Integration. The staff includes Jason Alt; managing director of technology; Adam Stipe. general manager of live production; Trey Blair, general manager of integration; Tim Owens; general manager of integration; and Anthony Frampton. general manager of integration.

The transportation unit includes Special Event Transportation and Musical Coaches. The team includes Tom Moriarty; managing director of transportation; Valerie Shelley, general manager of trucking; and Jeff Finkbiner, general manager of buses.

The structures unit takes in G2 Structures, G2 Mobile Structures, and Fabineering. Staff members include Greg Hareld, managing director of structures; Cliff Ward, general manager of structures; Nevin Kleege, director of mobile structures; Rick Touchette, general manager of fabrication; and Brian Wander, business development.

The support services division consists of Guardian Barrier Services and Field Protection Agency. Its team includes JB Dolphin, managing director of support services; John Wagoner, general manager of barricade/spots; and Dan Wallace, general manager of field cover.

The board plans to identify strategic acquisitions, streamline technology platforms, combine marketing efforts, capitalize on synergies, as well as consolidate relevant policies and procedures.
