Inner Circle Distribution Appoints Industry Veteran Ole Kaack as CEO

Inner Circle Distribution announces that Ole Kaack has been appointed as the new CEO of the growing distribution company. A seasoned international business leader with a career stretching back a quarter of a century, Kaack assumes responsibilities May 9.

Kaack brings a wealth of experience to the new role. His resumé boasts a key position at international lighting distributor Martin Professional as finance and service director for the US. Following an earlier stint with Viking Equipment, Kaack also served as senior finance director of the company for ten years.

Kaack has known managing partner Noel Duncan since their time at Martin Professional, where the two worked together for several years. After reconnecting with Kaack, "It quickly became clear that he was the right fit," Duncan says. "We've been envisioning this step for years, and I feel confident that Ole will take us to the next level in our business."

The hire is expected to allow Inner Circle's managing partners to spend more time seeking out additional markets for emerging product lines, enabling the firm to better fulfill its mission: to bring the world's most creative and innovative lighting solutions to its ever-expanding network of customers.

Gary Mass, managing partner, is excited for Ole's appointment. "Ole's previous experience working for large multi-national manufacturing and distribution companies, his drive, and his passion for success make him the right person to lead ICD," he says.
