Graduating MFA Designers in Set, Costume, Lighting, and Film to be Showcased at NYU Tisch School of the Arts The Department of Design for Stage and Film at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts will feature the work of 15 designers from its MFA graduating class of 2026 in a week-long exhibition. The annual event attracts hundreds of directors, designers, producers, and other entertainment industry professionals, as well as the general public who come to view the exhibit looking for new talent. A preview will take place May 8 from 3-5pm and an opening reception form 5-8pm. The exhibit is open 12-5pm on May 9 and 10 and from 12-7pm from May 11-14. The show is free and open to the public daily at the Tisch School of the Arts, third-floor design studio, 721 Broadway. The designers -- scenery, costume, lighting, and production design -- are all members of the 2025 graduating class and have completed the three-year MFA program.
