Audiotonix to Acquire DPA Microphones, Wisycom, and Austrian Audio

Audiotonix has announced its agreement to acquire DPA Microphones, Wisycom, and Austrian Audio. The acquisition is now being filed for regulatory approval and should be completed in H1 2026.

All three brands now join the growing Audiotonix portfolio, which includes Allen & Heath, Calrec, DiGiCo, DiGiGrid, Fourier Audio, Group One Limited, Harrison, JH Audio, KLANG:technologies, Slate Digital, Solid State Logic, sonible, and Sound Devices.
