Ayrton Launches MagicBlade Neo

	Built on the foundation of the all-new MagicDot Neo, it features five independently controllable moving heads, spaced just 3mm apart.

Ayrton has announced the official launch of MagicBlade Neo, an infinitely modular linear fixture with a mastery of light, and the latest in its Creative Series.

MagicBlade Neo is an entirely new concept -- billed as an organic, innovative luminaire and marvel of technology capable of creating endlessly reconfigurable, multi-shaped light curtains, unreal vortices, and striking volumetric effects.

Built on the foundation of the all-new MagicDot Neo, it features five independently controllable moving heads, spaced just 3mm apart, a technical feat made possible by an innovative structure designed to efficiently absorb vibrations, ensuring stability and precision in all circumstances.

The close proximity of the moving heads is continued between individual MagicBlade Neo fixtures, the design ensuring precise alignment of multiple units for continuous, unbroken lines of light. The combination allows the creation of ultra-compact matrices, perfect alignments, and spectacular perspective effects, the company says.

Five individual 120W RGB-L multi-chip LED sources, each paired with a high-efficiency 100mm optic integrated into a perfect sphere, are said to give rise to a gamut of 4.29 billion colors, including a virtual CTC channel and Virtual Tint channel, high CRI, and an output of 5 x 17,000 lux at 5m.

MagicBlade Neo's 2-element 10:1 zoom, high-resolution optic system ensures every beam seamlessly transitions from Beam to Wash, and delivers an extensive zoom range from 3 to 30 degrees. Its flicker-free source management is particularly suitable for TV applications and all video-recorded events.

Each lens of MagicBlade Neo features a high-definition LiquidEffect ring with 60 individual pixels on its periphery, allowing the creation of intricate graphic effects. This effect can be used independently or combined with other beams.

The continuous pan and tilt rotation of the five independent heads, along with its "Short Cut" function, which allows control of the in and out points of a continuous rotation movement, expands the possibilities for creating complex effects yet further.

Designed for stage lighting, MagicBlade Neo is specifically engineered for both indoor and outdoor use, including demanding environments such as coastal areas.
