L-Acoustics Brings Source Intelligence and CS1 to InfoComm 2026

The Hollywood Bowl, which hosted L-Acoustics Keynote 2026, is the world's first venue to permanently install the new L1, L1D, and CS1.

L-Acoustics is following up last month's Keynote 2026 event held at the Hollywood Bowl by exhibiting at this year's InfoComm Show from June 17-19. Located in the Las Vegas Convention Center's North Hall, the manufacturer will be showcasing a broad ecosystem of integration solutions on Stand N6336, as well as demonstrating its latest immersive audio technologies in a controlled listening environment at demo room N107. InfoComm 2026 will take place June 13-19.

"The Keynote was a milestone for us, but InfoComm is where the industry gets hands-on time with what's next. Visitors will get their first look at the CS1, the companion cardioid subwoofer to our flagship L1, and hear Source Intelligence live. These new technologies represent fundamentally new capabilities for live sound. We're looking forward to the conversations that follow," says Bryan Bradley, CEO Americas at L-Acoustics.

In audio demo room N107, the company will showcase its new L-Acoustics Source Intelligence, a real-time vocal enhancement platform that uses machine learning to continuously separate voice from background sound, delivering clearer, more intelligible vocals and unprecedented gain before feedback for live performances. Running as a licensed application on the L-ISA Processor II, Source Intelligence does something not previously possible in live sound: continuously identify the voice in a microphone signal and remove everything else. PA bleed, crowd noise, stage instruments, room reverb...all of it is stripped away in real time, leaving a cleaner, more natural-sounding vocal, the company says.

Room N107 will also feature live demonstrations of L-Acoustics DJ, which has already gained strong traction at leading electronic music venues, including Denver's ReelWorks, Cologne's Bootshaus, and The Breakbeat in Chico, California. The solution transforms standard stereo DJ setups into fully immersive, three-dimensional soundscapes -- all without disrupting established workflows or requiring complex technical intervention. Demonstrated at the show on an A10 Focus and Wide system with KS21 subs, L-Acoustics DJ unlocks new creative possibilities for artists while giving venues a competitive edge in delivering premium audio experiences.

L-Acoustics demo sessions will take place on June 17 and 18 at 10:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm, and 4:00pm, and June 19 at 10:00am, 12:00pm, and 2:00pm. Sessions are limited to room capacity, so attendees are encouraged to pre-register for a session or arrive 15 minutes early to secure their spot for these exclusive demonstrations. On Stand N6336 out in the exhibition hall, InfoComm visitors will get their first public look at the CS1, the companion cardioid subwoofer to the flagship L-Acoustics L1 line source array. The CS1 concentrates low-frequency energy on the audience and minimizes rear spill -- a critical advantage for noise-sensitive venues and multi-stage festivals where sub-bass bleed is one of the most persistent engineering challenges. Four 21" transducers in a cardioid topology make it possible. Additionally, two L Series PULS enclosures -- an L2 and L2D -- will be flown in a single array over the stand.

On the opposite end of the size spectrum, the L-Acoustics booth will also feature the compact X6i and X8i short-throw coaxial systems, exhibited with a wide variety of installation mounts and brackets for a visual of the Xi range's many installation options. Furthermore, several podiums on the stand will display the manufacturer's various electronics devices, such as the L-ISA Processor II, LA1.16i and LA7.16i amplified controllers, a P1 Milan-AVB processor and measurement platform, LS10 Avnu-certified AVB switch, and LC16D AES/EBU+MADI network audio converter.
