Strategic Redeployment of Key Team Members at ADJ Europe

Sebastian Mobers and Kris Dawber, ADJ Europe

In anticipation of Brexit, ADJ has re-assigned two of its key people in Europe in order to continue the company's growth in both the UK and mainland Europe. Kris Dawber will take on the role of UK and Ireland sales manager, while Sebastian Mobers will move into the position of EU sales manager.

ADJ Europe recently celebrated its 15th anniversary and the company's European arm is a significant part of its global business. With showrooms at Kerkrade in the Netherlands and Greater Manchester in the UK, at which all customers are welcome to book appointments to see the latest ADJ equipment in action, the company is committed to continuing the development and growth of its European business and this strategic re-positioning of key people well help the company to achieve that goal.

Having worked for ADJ in Europe for almost 15 years, Mobers is an integral and highly valued member of the team. Having most recently served as the company's European purchasing manager, before previously gained valuable experience in the sales department, he will take on the role of EU sales manager. This role will involve supporting and overseeing ADJ's regional sales team throughout Europe and ensuring customers throughout the region continue to receive the high level of service and support for which ADJ in well known.

Meanwhile, Dawber, who has been with the company for 11 years and previously held the position of European sales manager, will re-focus his efforts on the UK and Ireland. Having played a pivotal role in establishing ADJ in the UK, he is best placed to ensure that the company retains its strong market position and continues to give excellent support it its customers, both new and established, following the UK's departure from the EU.

Commenting of the redeployment, president of the ADJ Group of Companies Toby Velazquez said, "The UK is an important market for ADJ and we want to make sure that it is well supported during these uncertain times surrounding the Brexit negotiations. A long-standing member of the ADJ team, with an intimate knowledge of the UK market and our business in the country, Kris Dawber is ideally placed for this challenge. I think it is appropriate that Kris refocuses on his domestic market to ensure ADJ's continued growth and success in the UK and Ireland. Meanwhile, Sebastian Mobers is one of our longest standing team members in Europe and I know that he will excel in the role of EU sales manager, ensuring the company continues to thrive in mainland Europe."

Dawber and Mobers will take up their new positions with immediate effect. ADJ is headquartered in Los Angeles, California and has satellite facilities in Miami, Mexico, Europe, and the UK.
