Jeff Ravitz Receives California and Michigan Regional Emmys

To follow-up the recent announcement of his regional Emmy nominations, Jeff Ravitz has been honored with two regional Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lighting Design from both the Pacific Southwest and the Michigan chapters of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS). Both ceremonies were held on June 15 in their respective locales.

The Emmys acknowledged lighting design and direction for A Salute To Teachers 2012, produced by Channel 4 San Diego for the Cox Cable Network, and A Celtic Awakening, Featuring Faith Marion Robinson, presented by Detroit Public Television and carried by local and national PBS affiliates. Ravitz and his associate, Kristie Roldan, are booked by both stations to return later this year to design new productions.
