EXPO-SCENE Sets Show Dates

EXPO-SCENE returns on April 7-8, 2027.

EXPO-SCENE returns to Montreal on April 7-8, 2027. Produced by the Canadian Institute for Theatre Technology (CITT/ICTS), this annual gathering is Canada's only trade show dedicated to stage, AV, and event technologies, welcoming professionals from across North America and beyond.

Each year, technicians, designers, integrators, technical directors, buyers, students, and other industry professionals come together to discover the latest innovations, explore new solutions and connect with leading manufacturers and suppliers. Representing sectors such as theatre, concerts, touring, festivals, audiovisual integration and live events, attendees share a common interest in the technologies and expertise that bring experiences to life.

More than a showcase for the latest equipment, EXPO-SCENE is valued for its welcoming atmosphere, meaningful conversations and opportunities to build lasting professional relationships. It is where established industry leaders meet emerging talent, new ideas take shape, and the Canadian entertainment technology sector comes together.

Beyond the trade show floor, EXPO-SCENE offers a range of opportunities to learn, explore, and develop new skills. Visitors can experience selected technologies up close in the Demo Rooms, gain insights from exhibitors through the TEC Talks educational series and take part in hands-on Pro Training sessions designed to expand their knowledge and skills using the latest industry equipment.

With the momentum of the 2026 edition carrying into preparations for 2027, interest in the upcoming show is already building, and spots on the show floor are selling quickly. Companies looking to strengthen their presence in the Canadian market are encouraged to secure their booth as soon as possible. Early bird booth rates are available for reservations made by November 30.

"We're excited to bring the industry together once again in Montréal for another inspiring edition. The enthusiasm we're already seeing from exhibitors and visitors speaks to the value of this event and the strength of our community," says Jacquie Lazar, executive director of CITT/ICTS. "This is also why we decided to expand the trade show floor in 2028, which will mark an exciting new chapter for us. Until then, we are fully committed to the upcoming edition, shaping up to be another exceptional opportunity to discover new technologies and build relationships with international exhibitors and attendees on Canadian soil. We look forward to welcoming everyone in April 2027. "
