Visional Grows Leadership Bench with Two Senior Promotions

Zach Baldry and Tiffany Means

Creative production company, Visional, announces the appointments of Zach Baldry as director of operations and Tiffany Means as director of creative and culture, respectively. Both Baldry and Means will become members of Visional's Leadership team.

"Building a world-class team has always been a core focus for us as we expand," says Jim Steurnagel, founder and principal of Visional. "Our clients and partners expect Visional to handle all facets of their experiences while pushing the limits of creativity, design, production, and service with the same level of responsiveness we've always had. These new leaders will help us achieve that and so much more."

Baldry's appointment as director of operations will expand his duties to oversee project operations, where he will offer strategic and operational support as well as oversee logistics, labor, and facility management. In this role, Baldry will continue to oversee IT and integrations. Baldry joined Visional as senior integration engineer in November 2021 and brought his expertise in engineering, project management and operations. Baldry has spent a decade helping leading integration companies bridge the gap between client needs and technological capabilities. During his tenure in the industry, he has been heavily focused on engineering solutions, energy management, and entertainment control. Baldry has worked on landmark projects including World of Coca-Cola in Atlanta and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Colorado.

Means' appointment as director of creative and culture will expand her duties to oversee culture and human resources, where she will lead recruitment, talent acquisition, training, and growth initiatives as well as co-lead environmental, social and governance (ESG) for the organization. Means will continue to oversee creative, branding, corporate communications, and marketing. Means joined Visional in January 2019, establishing the company's in-house creative department where she brought more than 10 years of innovative communications, UX, and creative operations experience.

Zach Baldry is based in Visional's Los Angeles studio and can be reached via email at zach@wearevisional.com.

Tiffany Means is in Visional's corporate HQ in Atlanta and can be reached via email at tiffany@wearevisional.com.
