Blake Augsburger Introduces Harman Professional Solutions Leadership Team

Blake Augsburger, executive vice president and president of Harman Professional Solutions Division, announces his new leadership team as part of the division's recently announced customer-centric organizational model. The new team includes Bryan Bradley, entertainment SBU; Kevin Morrison, enterprise SBU; and Mark Ureda, products SBU. The team will officially move into their new roles on October 1, 2015, with the company saying this move "positions the division for continued growth and innovation in its 2016 fiscal year."

"Bryan, Kevin, and Mark are the ideal leaders for our new customer-centric organizational model," said Augsburger. "Their deep understanding of these markets and technologies will allow us to develop breakthrough products and solutions tailored to customer needs, streamline sales and support functions, and drive high growth rates in targeted vertical markets."

Bradley's entertainment SBU is responsible for supporting the division's retail, recording, touring, and cinema customers. Bradley joined Harman Professional Solutions in 2013 as vice president and general manager of the loudspeaker SBU. In 2014, the microphone/headphone SBU was added under his leadership. Prior to Harman, Bradley served as COO of Alfred Music, Inc., where he helped optimize the company's operations, including artist relations, business affairs, business development, marketing, and sales. Prior to Alfred, he worked for music retailer Guitar Center, where he held various leadership roles.

Morrison's enterprise SBU is responsible for supporting the company's install customers. This includes audio, video, lighting, and control solutions for corporate, government, education, large venue, and hospitality customers, to name a few. Morrison has a track record of achievement with double digit growth and exceeding his sales targets with his teams in the past five years. He also brings a wealth of global leadership experience to this role. In addition to his current global sales leader role for the video and control SBU, Morrison was CEO of Endeleo for more than three years and president of CCC USA Inc. for eight years.

Ureda's products SBU, made up of engineering and technology professionals, according to the company "develops groundbreaking technologies, products and customer solutions for the entertainment and enterprise SBUs." Udrea joined Harman in 2010 as vice president and general manager of JBL Professional. In 2012, he moved into his current role as vice president, strategy and technology for the Professional Solutions Division. For nearly 20 years prior to Harman, Udrea served as vice president, corporate strategy for Northrop Grumman.

The Harman Professional Solutions leadership team is rounded out by a shared services organization, which is responsible for supporting the division's SBUs. These leaders include Erik Tarkiainen, marketing communications; Matt Bush, operations; Troy Peterson, finance; and Chris Rau, human resources.
