Clair Solutions Adds New Theatrical Lighting DesignerClair Solutions has appointed Michelle Caron to the position of theatrical lighting designer. Caron will assist the Manheim, Pennsylvania; Nashville, Tennessee; and Dallas, Texas offices with their theatrical lighting projects. She will work with clients and the Clair Solutions team to create lighting systems that not only meet design and budget requirements, but the company adds, also maintain the high level of technical and aesthetic excellence that is intrinsic to the Clair Solutions brand. This includes working through the initial design phase, collaborating with other disciplines at Clair, specifying equipment, coordinating with the other construction trades, and finally commissioning the system and training its users. Commenting on Caron's new position, Dave Deibler, corporate vice president at Clair says, "Michelle came to us highly recommended by our long time senior lighting designer, Bill Simmons. She is extremely creative and a highly effective communicator. This powerful combination allows her to see the big picture, create economical options, and seamlessly convey her creative vision to our clients." Caron brings over 15 years of theatrical lighting experience to Clair Solutions including both a bachelor's and master's degree focusing on lighting design. She has worked in the non-profit sector as a freelance theatrical lighting designer across the country and in Europe. In the corporate world, Caron worked with Cirque du Soleil on tour in Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the US, and on KA in Las Vegas. Deibler is excited about what the future holds for both Caron and the Clair Solutions lighting department.
