Full Compass Systems Adds Caroline Polster as HR Manager

Caroline Polster

Full Compass Systems has added Caroline Polster to the company as human resources manager. Polster is a graduate of Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin and, the company says, comes to the position with a broad range of skills and experience in the Human Resources arena.

Polster is a native of Wisconsin and began her career in human resources at In-Sink-Erator, a division of Emerson Electric in Racine, Wisconsin. Returning to business after raising two young children, she managed the HR functions at Federal Mogul Sintered Products in Waupun, Wisconsin and coordinated the addition of 120 new employees during her tenure there. Continuing to advance her career, Polster took on the challenge of managing HR for Hayes Manufacturing, a large paper core manufacturing company in Neenah, Wisconsin. Her next career move was a shift into the customer service industry as she led the recruiting department and a staff of 12 recruiters at Air Wisconsin Airlines in Appleton, Wisconsin. A family relocation brought her to the Madison area in 2004, where she held an HR manager position for Wright Vending & Distributing, Inc. for the next six years.

Reflecting on her experience at Full Compass so far, Polster said, "I've been impressed by the entire staff. They are a great group of people and it's readily apparent that they embrace the core values of the owners, Susan and Jonathan Lipp, who believe family, integrity, teamwork and a philanthropic spirit should be integral to everything we do."
