Advatek Releases Firmware V4.14.0

Advatek, the Australian manufacturer of pixel control devices, announces that firmware V3.14.0 for its devices is now available. The firmware introduces Color Intensity Scaling, a new pixel tuning feature that, the company says, gives users finer control over each LED channel.

The company says, "Color Intensity Scaling allows the brightness of each individual color at the pixel output level, making it easier to balance white points and improve color consistency across different LED types (full brightness on all channels creates white!)."

The features that impact the color have been moved to a dedicated Pixel Color Tuning page in this update. For more information about Color Intensity Scaling and Digital Current Control, a feature found in the company's PixLite Mk3 controllers that allows users to digitally tune the electrical current to each individual color channel, go to Current Control.
