White Light Showcases Products at Prolight + Sound 2012

Entertainment lighting specialist White Light will be showcasing lighting solutions from their exclusive product line at Prolight + Sound in Frankfurt, March 21- 24, on stand A61 in Hall 9.0.

On display will be the White Light family of products, including those from i-Pix, Core Lighting, Prism Projection, Interactive Technologies, Galaxia, and CITC FX.

From i-Pix will be the Satellite Mk. II which has been redesigned with the latest functionality expected for today's demanding and dynamic lighting industry. Eight 10W RGB and daylight white light engines provide a high light output, while saving energy. It is capable of fitting within a one-foot square truss for truss toning, or as a wash device. The newest products in the i-Line range will also be on show the company says, featuring linear battens whose configurations include 6x40W and 12x40 RGB and white LEDs.

The Point 20 and Point 30 fully weatherproofed, battery LED wireless uplights, from Core Lighting, will be on display. Extremely bright and colorful, they have wireless control and rechargeable batteries using lightweight but powerful lithium polymer (LiPo) technology.

From Prism Projection will be the RevEAL Profile, an LED system with an output equivalent to 16,000 lumens or a 2,000W tungsten light. The new HD lenses that can be used with the profile create a much clearer beam and superior gobo projections, the company says.

Interactive Technologies products include the CueServer Pro, Mini, and Express; advanced lighting playback devices that feature powerful architectural functions, show control capability, scriptable DMX operation, and web-based open standards.

The 595S and 600R Galaxia Light Action LED soft lights will also be on display. The company says these lights feature color temperature control, high color rendering index, standard DMX for interlocked and integrated control, and the same brightness with 30% less power consumption than tungsten or fluorescent studio lights.

From CITC FX, the Super Shotmax confetti cannon has a virtually continuous output without CO2 or loud bangs, with confetti blasting at over 25' high and at a 35' distance. The three funnels of air continuously push the confetti back up and keep them spinning. The Bubble Max auto fill system continuously produces bubbles for days, weeks, or months without the labor of having to fill every few hours, and the machine is self-cleaning. The Haze-Max offers an easy to use, reliable, never-clog, long-lasting, 30 minute, haze from a water-based fluid without using any glycols or oils. It works on professional stages around the world without ever clogging or changing the heads, the company says. One gallon water-vapor haze fluid will last up three hours. The Little Blizzard SP DMX snow machine is whisper quiet, high quality and can run continuously without overheating. It has a flake size adjustment paddle, two-speed motor, remote control, and DMX on-board. Full digital volume control adds precision to DMX or remote control with 25' cord (7.62m). The round opening increases output 20%.
