ROE Visual Rounds up A Brilliant LDI 2018 Show

Frank Montero, ROE Visual, and Terry Lowe, PLSN

ROE Visual's LED booth packed with stunning, high-quality LED displays, enhanced by enticing content stood out at this year's LDI show. The 2,000-sq.-ft. booth featured an impressive two-tier stage, accented by an updated Black Marble LED floor that drew a great deal of attention and show attendees and sparked a flurry of creativity of visiting video and lighting designers.

The Black Marble LED floor also caught the attention of publisher PLSN, who honored the product with the 2018 PLSN Best Video Specialty Item award. Frank Montero, managing director US for ROE Visual, accepted the award on behalf of the company.

New to LDI 2018 were a series of creative elements, including LED panels with rounded corners, circles, triangles, and 90 degree right-angles. All these options are available for the popular Black Onyx and Black Pearl series of LED panels.

In anticipation of its upcoming product launch, the new ROE Visual Vanish 8 panel was available for a sneak-peak. The displayed prototype received very good feedback although actual release of this product is to be expected soon, with a full launch planned at the ISE exhibition.

ROE Visual's technology director Robbie Thielemans took the stage for a panel discussion with industry experts, Matt Ward (WorldStage), Jeremy Hochman (Megapixel VR), and Rob Fowler (Brompton). After Blair Neal's inspiring presentation on Fake Love's projects, the panel dissected the history of innovative display technology and discussed what new technology is on the horizon. The discussion encompassed how alternative displays have elevated the live event customer experience.

Honoring the company's loyal clientele, ROE Visual organized extended hospitality during LDI and at its traditional Top Golf party. Greg Gallardo, editor in chief for PLSN, was impressed with the turn up of so many and renowned customers, like WorldStage, PRG/VER, NEP Group, Screenworks, E2, Sweetwater, Fuse, Hibino, Apex Canada, and many others.

ROE Visual takes pride in the active involvement of its clients and the great support and feedback they provide.

ROE Visual looks forward to next year's edition of the LDI show.
