Daktronics to Exhibit New Control Pendant at USITT

Daktronics will showcase its latest theatre rigging product at the United States Institute for Theatre Technology (USITT) Annual Conference & Stage Expo, held March 28-31, 2012, in Long Beach, California.

"The industry asked for a convenient way to prove during commissioning that the hoists stop at the correct position and we responded with a new maintenance and limit testing pendant. Our handheld pendant verifies that there is less than 6" between the normal hard struck limit switch and the hard ultimate overtravel limit switch," said rigging operations manager, Dave Rossi. "To verify this is a huge advantage during commissioning." The maintenance pendant works with Daktronics popular Pro Series control system.
