Chase McKnight Appointed Luminex Product Specialist

Chase McKnight

A.C. Americas, North American distributor of lighting, audio, and video products, has introduced Chase McKnight to the team, filling the newly created role of Luminex product specialist.

Reporting to Anthony Stofflet, Luminex brand manager, McKnight will serve as a key technical resource and liaison between our sales team and clients, providing hands-on product expertise, training, and support. He will play an active role in driving product awareness and adoption through webinars, training sessions, trade shows, and on-site client visits.

McKnight is an audio and AVL professional with more than 18 years of experience in technical sales, product training, customer support, system commissioning, and live production. His career has included extensive work with professional audio brands, including Midas, Turbosound, and Klark Teknik, supporting customers throughout the Americas.

With a strong background in networked audio, digital console systems, system troubleshooting, and technical education, McKnight has worked closely with dealers, integrators, production companies, touring professionals, venues, and houses of worship. He is passionate about helping people better understand complex technology and applying it confidently in real-world environments.

Outside of his manufacturer and product-focused work, McKnight has remained active as a live sound and recording engineer, bringing hands-on field experience into his approach to training and customer support.

A lifelong musician, McKnight has a particular interest in the intersection of audio, technology, and networking. Outside of the industry, he enjoys history, travel, and exploring the outdoors.

"Chase brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise and genuine customer focus to this role," says Anthony Stofflet. "His ability to translate complex product knowledge into practical guidance, for our sales teams and our customers alike, makes him an invaluable partner as we continue to grow. I'm excited to see the impact Chase will have on both our internal teams and the markets we serve."

McKnight will be at LDI working alongside Anthony Stofflet, leading the LDInstitute training class, Luminex Networking for Lighting, Audio, Video on Saturday, December 5.
