Winners of the Sydney Theatre Awards Announced

The 2014 Sydney Theatre Awards were given out January 19 at the Paddington RSL. The Bard of Avon dominated the Design categories with Henry V and All's Well That End's Well taking home two wins each. For Henry , Anna Gardiner won Best Stage Design of a Mainstage Production and Steve Francis and Drew Livingston won together for Best Score or Sound Design of a Mainstage Production. All's Well's Toby Knyvett took home the award for Best Lighting Design of an Independent Production and David Stalley was presented with Best Sound Design of an Independent Production.

Lauren Peters, The Drowsy Chaperone

Best Costume Design of a Mainstage Production
Julie Lynch, Noises Off

Best Costume Design of an Independent Production
Elizabeth Franklin, The Drowsy Chaperone

Best Lighting Design of a Mainstage Production
Benjamin Cisterne, A Christmas Carol
