Christie to Use Screen Goo to Demonstrate Projection-mapping Solutions at LDI

Christie will use the Screen Goo high-contrast coating system to demonstrate Christie's projection solutions at LDI, October28-30, Orlando, Florida. Screen Goo high-contrast turns any paintable surface into a high performance projection screen, the company says. The product ability to produce an impression of depth on a flat surface, and thus complements the physical depth of the structure onto which the Christie video projection will be displayed.

Christie is providing the projectors for Screen Goo Americas' demonstration area at LDI as well. Screen Goo Americas will show Screen Goo applied to non-traditional substrate materials, with the goal of expanding the palette of projection possibilities available to lighting, stage, and art directors. Since Screen Goo is a coating system, it can be applied to virtually any surface with no limitations in shape and size.

The idea of the display is to promote the concept of "projections without borders" to the visual design community. Interested Screen Goo Americas will be at Booth# 237; Christie will be at Booth# 443.
